Make the headline do the heavy lifting, and let the first line of body copy finish the thought with proof. Maintain message match from ad to landing to checkout. Segment by intent and sophistication: novices get simple outcomes, power users get precision and control.
Outshine Them with Tests, Proof, and Precision
Test like a scientist, not a gambler. For each claim, write two to three sharply different angles (speed vs. savings vs. certainty), not tiny word tweaks. Set a primary metric (CTR for attention, CVR or CPA for efficiency), predefine sample sizes and stopping rules, and rotate creatives to prevent fatigue.
